Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellation Policy

(A) While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own, you can get in touch with "Treat Gourmet" Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has NOT been processed, "Treat Gourmet" can cancel it. In such a case "Treat Gourmet" will refund any payments already made by you for the order as credits which could be used further anytime later for shopping. If "Treat Gourmet" suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, "Treat Gourmet" at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. "Treat Gourmet" will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

(B) "Treat Gourmet" shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of confirmed orders to the customers in case of flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond the control of "Treat Gourmet".

2. Returns & Refund Policy

(A) Orders once placed & processed through "" and "" may not be cancelled or refunded.

(B) In the event of any delay or default in such delivery, "Treat Gourmet" shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same and no refund shall be provided.

(C) Changing delivery location from the customer is not accepted upon confirmation of the order. In the event of any delay or default in such delivery, "Treat Gourmet" shall in no event or circumstances be held liable or responsible for the same and no refund shall be provided.

(D) “Treat Gourmet” maintain high quality and hygiene in food preparation and processing and has valid HACCP Certificate. In the event the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the food items, the Customer shall NOT be entitled to seek cancellation or refund of the billed amounts. However if there is any shortfall in delivery or the food items such as they had spilled / or were damaged, the Customer shall at the time of delivery return the food items to the delivery boy with a written complaint of the same on the Bill against signature of the delivery boy. Moreover, in the event of any shortfall in delivery or the food items having spilled/ or being damaged, the Customer shall inform "Treat Gourmet" of the same within 2 hours. "Treat Gourmet" shall thereafter initiate investigations in the matter of complaint received and shall make reasonable efforts to complete such investigation within a period of ten days from the date of such commencement. The decision of "Treat Gourmet" on completion of such investigation shall be final, binding and conclusive on the Customer and the customer shall not dispute the same.

(E) Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

3. Privacy Policy

(A) All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

(B) The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

(C) We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency).

4. Delivery & Shipping Policy

(A) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

(A) Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
